                            GetIntVec procedure

  DECLARATION:  GetIntVec(IntNo : Byte; var Vector : Pointer);

      PURPOSE:  Returns the address stored in a specific interrupt vector

         UNIT:  System

      REMARKS:  IntNo specifies the interrupt vector (0..255), and the
                address is returned in Vector.
